    16thMay || MÉTÉO-DOCK || Light Night

    Météo-Dock is an experimental weather-ship; launching from the Kathleen and May schooner this promenade performance will operate to cover the meteorological conditions on the Albert Dock and see an 8-strong crew of dancers and musicians create a show that is an unfolding, processional style conveyor-belt with responses to sun, rain and wind. Two musicians will provide the compass and direction for the weather-ship dance troupe, and the colourful costumes with a hint towards 80s fashion look to celebrate the Merseyside Maritime Museums 30th birthday.

    This procession will surprise and delight audiences of all ages, engaging you musically and visually as you follow the weather ship.

    Commissioned for LightNight by Liverpool Albert Dock, created by TiLT Dance (Hollie-ann Coleman) and Laura Brownhill, produced by Open Culture.
